- Program Manager - responsible
for guiding student applicants through a
smooth program experience and providing support
and problem resolution where required
- Marketing Coordinator - responsible
for ensuring a strong and dynamic digital presence and for
delivering high quality digital and hard copy communications
to key market segments
- Program Assistant x 2
- Hosting program - PT (15 hrs pw) responsible for
following up enquiries from potential
host families with the aim of securing the placement of
inbound exchange students
- Outbound Program - PT (12 hrs pw) follow up enquiries
from potential exchange students and
their parents with the aim of assisting their application
- Accountant - PT (3 days
pw) responsible for accounting to Trial Balance
for three companies
